Our Sport Aerobics Program at Ikin Dance has grown considerably in the last few years, we found that junior classes were too big and needed a solution to separate the beginners (regardless of age) from the more experienced kids.  I purchased the Aerokid program at a fitness convention and found it to be the answer!  It really takes the sport of aerobics back to basics teaching the kids correct technique while enjoying all the games and music that Aerokid offers.   The kids are constantly rewarded on the way as they have levels to pass during the program with very realistic progressions.
